Shipping Policy
1. Processing and delivery times
All our products are made to order within 30 to 90 days, depending on parts availability. Delivery times are standard and depend on the chosen carrier (Colissimo). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number directly from Colissimo.
When you place an order on our website, it is considered a pre-order. Each product is handmade and made to order, in order to guarantee a high level of quality and finish.
Manufacturing depends in particular on parts availability, supply variations and the volume of current orders. For these reasons, production and shipping times may vary.
2. Free delivery
Delivery is free, with no conditions, for all orders placed on our online store in France; for other countries, shipping is calculated according to the destination. For the Reconditioned option, sending your lights to DETLIGHT is at the customer's expense (Mondial Relay). Sending the lights back to the customer, fitted with the DETLIGHT LED system, is free of charge.
3. Carriers and tracking
We ship to mainland France via Colissimo, as well as to the rest of Europe. Order tracking will be sent directly by Colissimo after your order has shipped.
4. Delivery delays and shipping problems
In the event of a delivery delay or other shipping-related problems (for example, strikes or bad weather), please contact us at the following e-mail address: contact@detlight.fr.
5. Loss or damage during shipping
Detlight cannot be held liable for loss of or damage to products during delivery. In the event of a problem, please contact the carrier Colissimo directly to resolve the incident.
If, at the time of delivery, the parcel shows obvious signs of dents or damage, please accept it subject to inspection. Any parcel accepted without reservation cannot be the subject of any later claim, and DETLIGHT cannot be held liable for damage found after receipt.
6. Uncollected parcels
Uncollected parcels will be returned directly to the sender.
7. Lead-time conditions
DETLIGHT products are made exclusively to order. Processing and manufacturing time can vary between 30 and 90 days, depending on several factors.
Each customization is carried out entirely by hand, with the utmost care and particular attention, by one and the same person. This craft process may lead to lead-time adjustments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in particular:
- Limited or delayed availability of the lights and/or the parts needed for the transformation
- Cosmetic corrections requiring additional time in order to achieve a result that meets our quality standards
- Electronic malfunctions detected during the testing phases, requiring components to be replaced in order to guarantee a fully working, tested and checked product.
DETLIGHT undertakes to use every means necessary to meet the announced processing times and apologises in advance in the event of a delay beyond its control.
If you need your lights immediately, we recommend that you do not place an order.
Finally, any 100% custom order cannot be refunded once the customization process has begun.
